These Terms govern your access to Siriora’s website, waitlist, and application (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Siriora provides tools for psychometric assessment and AI-generated life simulations intended for personal reflection and exploration. Features may change during beta, closed alpha, or waitlist periods. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Not professional advice
Siriora does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, career, or other professional advice. Simulation outputs are hypothetical scenarios generated by AI—they are not predictions, diagnoses, or instructions you must follow. Always seek qualified professionals for decisions that affect your health, safety, finances, or legal rights.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You may use the Service only where it is lawful to do so. During closed alpha, access may be limited to invited or allowlisted users at our discretion.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. You may delete your account from settings where available, subject to retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Waitlist and early access
If you join the waitlist, you consent to receive transactional emails about your registration and launch updates. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, or pricing. We may invite users in any order based on capacity, geography, or product needs.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, when offered, renew automatically until cancelled in billing settings unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and features are shown before purchase. Refunds follow the policy displayed at purchase and applicable consumer law. Failed payments may result in downgraded or suspended access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. • Attempt to bypass security, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the Service except where law permits. • Upload malware, infringe others’ rights, or harass other users. • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human professional advice provided by Siriora. • Use the Service to make automated decisions about others without their consent where prohibited by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual property
Siriora owns the Service, brand, software, and underlying technology. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Siriora a limited licence to host, process, and display your inputs and outputs solely to provide and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. Simulation narratives generated for you are for your personal use unless a feature explicitly allows sharing.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or others, or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) remain in effect after termination.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siriora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on simulation outputs. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with [email protected]. Where permitted, courts in Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rights.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We will indicate material changes on this page or by reasonable notice.
